About Zira

Every agent should answer to someone.

We’re building the Know Your Agent framework, so anyone can check who an agent is, who it acts for and what it’s allowed to do.

Why it matters

Why KYA matters

We learned to know our customers. Now we need to know their agents.

For decades, businesses have checked who they’re dealing with before money moves. Know Your Customer rules made that a habit, then a law.

Agents break that habit. They book, buy, pay and sign on our behalf, often faster than any person can follow. The platform on the other side sees a request, not a person.

Trust online has always come down to one question: who is this? Agents make it harder to answer, and more important.

Know Your Agent is our answer. Every agent gets a verifiable identity, a named principal and written permissions. Platforms check all three in one call.

It isn’t about slowing agents down. It’s about letting them do more, because both sides can see who’s accountable. [Placeholder: closing line]

Principles

What we hold ourselves to. And expect from every agent we verify.

  1. Accountable by default

Every agent has a named person or company behind it.

  2. Open to check

Anyone can look an agent up. Trust shouldn’t need a login.

  3. Least power

Agents get the permissions they need, and no more.

  4. Built for people

Plain words, clear screens and a person in the loop when it matters.
